As a native of Virginia Beach, I can offer an insider's perspective on the Hampton Roads area and real estate market. The daughter of a Navy Captain and an elementary school principal, I grew up in the Thoroughgood neighborhood and attended Cox High School. After graduating from Virginia Tech and before beginning my career in real estate I have had a successful career as a graphic designer, marketing for some of Hampton Roads' finest organizations including Tidewater Builders Association (think Homearama!), Old Dominion University and Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
